Tips about Exercising with a Baby

If you are a new mother, or have just added to your family by having another child and are ready to start working out again, don’t exclude you baby. Use your baby as added weights while performing certain exercises such as squats or crunches.

Caution: #1. Make sure you are cleared by your doctor to begin working out #2. Only include baby in exercises that are GUARANTEED to not put you or your baby in danger.
